The business analyst field is growing and popular; Microsoft’s Excel provides the analytical person easy-to-use tools. As a business analyst for my clients, I use these tools daily in multiple industries. With scenario manager, we will play and save what-if analytics and create a scenario summary for loans and budgets. Subtotals allow you create totals and grand totals in your data table based on criteria. This session offers an introduction to PivotTables and PivotCharts to summarize and use other aggregate functions to create and present data in a professional and concise manner. Finally, we will create and edit charts, graphs, and diagrams. We will work with column/bar, pie, line, waterfall, and other charts, and we’ll work with maps, graphs, and diagrams using SmartArt.

- Know important do’s and don’ts with data and analysis,
- Analyze information through what-if analytics using Scenario Manager and Scenario Summary,
- Develop multiple subtotals and grand totals in a data table,

- Modify and edit charts.
